We start ventures, shape products with their founders, and lead innovation and AI inside organisations. We like getting close to a problem, seeing a way through it, and being there when it starts to work.

Ferrera Ventures is a house for ventures and innovation. We are drawn to needs that have gone unanswered and possibilities that are just opening up. We sit with the people involved, understand what matters to them and find a way forward together.
Taking the lead means being willing to begin before the path is fully clear. We bring experience in product, design and technology, and a willingness to get into the work with the people building alongside us.

People inside an organisation know the work and where it could be better. Arrowhead connects that knowledge with what AI makes possible and leads the work from need to a solution in use. We work with management and staff, building their ability to continue. Currently embedded in a national media organisation.

Every customer has its own way of working. Legato learns that context, maps the needs and builds suitable AI apps, automations and dashboards. It serves software platforms and implementation partners. We work with the founders on product strategy and design.

GoPerfect
Co-founding and product and design leadership
AI that does the recruiting work.
GoPerfect develops AI agents that carry recruiting work forward, from finding candidates and reaching out to calls and initial interviews. Recruiting teams set the direction and decide who to hire. Israel co-founded the company in 2021 and led product and design there for five years.

A disagreement can get stuck even when both people want to move forward. HaBorer gives each person room to share their account, uses AI to make sense of the arguments and suggests a way through. The other person joins through a private link. Experimental, free and non-binding.

Israel Ferrera founded Ferrera Ventures as a house for ventures and innovation, after fifteen years in product, design and technology. Five of those were as a co-founder of GoPerfect, where he led product and design.
We like working with people who care about what they are building. People willing to ask questions, listen and change direction when they learn something new. Each venture has its own people. Experience, curiosity and the wish to do work we can stand behind connect them.
