Founder of Ferrera Ventures
Israel Ferrera
I like understanding things properly: how people think, why an organisation works the way it does and where something could change. I have spent fifteen years working at that meeting point through product, design and technology.
In 2021, I co-founded GoPerfect. I led product and design there for five years, working on the connection between AI capabilities and the way people recruit.
I started Ferrera Ventures as a house for ventures and innovation. A place to start companies, work with other founders and lead change inside organisations. I enjoy moving between those settings. Each teaches me something I take into the next.
Today the work includes Telos, HaBorer and Arrowhead, alongside work with Legato's founders on product strategy and design.
There is a particular satisfaction in seeing something you built become useful to someone else. It becomes part of their work, or lets them do something for themselves that used to be out of reach. That is one of the things that gives this work meaning for me.

Something you would like to talk about?
An idea, a product you are building or something you want to change in your organisation. I would like to hear about it, even if it does not have a name yet.
