About
There is more to build.
What keeps us going is the moment an idea becomes a real capability. Someone can do something that used to be out of reach. A team discovers a new way to work. A product finds a place in someone’s everyday life.
Ferrera Ventures is a house for ventures and innovation. We start ventures, work alongside companies and lead innovation inside organisations, because each of them brings that moment closer.
Iron sharpens iron, and one person sharpens another.
Why together
People sharpen people.
Some things only become clear when perspectives meet. The experience of someone who knows the field from the inside, the questions of someone coming from outside, and an understanding of what technology makes possible now.
That meeting makes room for what is hard to reach alone: a question that changes a decision, an independent view that exposes a blind spot, knowledge from the work that explains why a solution that looks right will not hold.
Who is behind the house
Israel Ferrera (ישראל פררה) is an entrepreneur and the founder of Ferrera Ventures. He has spent more than fifteen years in technology, across product, design and starting companies, including over eight years working with AI.
That experience was earned in the work itself: starting companies, building products and leading teams, from the first decisions to a product finding its place. He knows the whole way from the inside, and what each decision along it carries.
Among other things, he co-founded GoPerfect and led the company. Today he leads innovation and AI inside organisations through Arrowhead, and is building Telos, his main venture.
What shall we talk about?
An idea, a product, an organisation, or the way we work. We would be glad to meet you.
