Telos

Change how we grow.

Growing well rests on expertise: reading the plant, understanding what it needs and acting in time. Telos exists to make that expertise more accessible, first to professional growers and, further along, to people growing in a garden or a kitchen.

At its centre is the Brain: intelligence that learns to read a plant and its needs, designed to work with existing growing infrastructure. It brings AI, plant knowledge and growing systems together.

In development. Farm pilots are open to growers. The garden and the home are part of the vision.

Innovation leadership. From within.

Technology opens possibilities for organisations, but a possibility alone does not change how work is done. Someone has to choose what is worth changing, connect what people know with what can be built, and lead the change until it becomes part of everyday work. Arrowhead takes on that responsibility from inside the organisation.

Legato

Turn expertise into software.

A solution that fits a customer starts with understanding their work: its processes, knowledge and context. That understanding is usually built by experts, one customer at a time. Legato turns the work of discovery, solution design and implementation into a software capability.

The platform learns each customer’s context, maps knowledge and processes, and builds AI solutions to fit. For SaaS platforms and implementation partners, it is a way to deliver tailored solutions to more customers.

An open experiment

HaBorer

Give a disagreement a way forward.

It is hard to move forward when neither person feels heard. HaBorer gives both sides room to share their account, uses AI to organise the arguments and suggests a way through.

Each person contributes separately; the other joins through a private link. The suggestion is not binding and is not a legal ruling. It is somewhere to start talking.

We founded it as an open experiment, under the name FairCourt AI: to see whether technology can help two sides be heard.

GoPerfect

Connect companies with the right people for the role.

GoPerfect develops AI agents that carry out recruiting work, from finding relevant candidates and reaching out to calls and initial interviews. Recruiting teams set the direction and make the hiring decisions.

Our part
Israel co-founded the company in 2021 and led it to product-market fit.
Where it stands
Today, the company operates almost autonomously through AI.
